    Online groups & discussion boards


    Facebook and Reddit have many groups related to COVID and Long COVID and associated diseases. Tip: Search for keywords like covid, longhauler, etc. Some groups are online only, some are hybrid, and some are location specific.

    Discord has many groups including:

    COVID Solidarity: A social, still-coviding discord.

    COVID Study Library: This community is intended intended solely for gathering information about COVID (not a social space).

    Digital Disableds: A small, but growing and fairly active and supportive server specifically for those who identify as disabled and are shielding/self-isolating due to COVID etc.


    Pandemic! At the Discord! Active community of mostly disabled (including LC) individuals, many still still self-isolating, and generally dedicated to covid-aware behavior and mutual support.
