Are you living with HIV and also experiencing any of the following:

  • Chronic fatigue
  • Chronic pain
  • Brain fog or memory/thinking issues
  • Frailty

Or has a COVID-19 infection negatively impacted your health, leading to Long COVID or conditions like ME/CFS, POTS, or dysautonomia?


Long COVID refers to symptoms that last three months or more after infection, especially if they were new or worsened post-COVID.

  • Format: Open Zoom sessions (drop in, join anytime but pre-registration is required)
  • Schedule: Every Thursday for 10 sessions, October 2 – December 11, 2025
